Letter Update:
Beloved Brothers in Christ,
Praise God:
1. For His grace, protection, and provision for our ministry.
2. For His work in our lives and the lives of our ministry partners.
3. For the new members. On April 14th we had 6 new members joining our church (Fernando, Sullen, Roberto, Maria, Maurícío, and Sõnia). May the Lord use us to glorify Him and to help us grow in faith and service to Him.
4. For the visit from Pastor Jay and Brother Joe from Open Door Fellowship, a faithful supporting church that has blessed us over the years. They came to visit us, to meet our people, and to encourage our family and our church. We are thankful for this opportunity of fellowship so that we can pray more specifically for each other.
5. For the mission trip that our sister Berenice made to São Tomé and Príncipe, Africa. We raised the funds through indoor sales and several people contributed to purchase the tickets and materials. While there, she helped th missionary family: Eliud, Sandra, Daniel, and Helen Paraíso; she also gave handcraft training.
6. For the Special Needs Training, Fabio ministered to a group of students of Seminário Palaver da Vida (Word of Life Seminary) in Atibaia, São Paulo.
7. For the invitation do pray at APAE (Special Needs School). Daniel’s school serves over 300 children and teenagers with disabilities in Pouso Alegre and the surrounding cities. Before the last family event, the Principal invited Fabio to open the meeting with a word of prayer. At the end of the meeting, they told us that they are open to having us speak to the parents. Praise the Lord for this open door to start friendship and evangelism.
8. For the visit of Aquicil, Rafaela and Vinícius. They are students of the Bible Institute in the city of Jacutinga, Minas Gerais (Instituto Biblico Peniel). They shared their testimonies and challenged our people toward obedience to God on Missions.
Please pray with us:
1. For our family’s walk with God and for protection
2. For the salvation of the visitors and the spiritual growth of the believers. That we can be faithful instruments to teach and walk along them in the Christian life.
3. For the people in south state of Ria Grande do Sul. The heavy rain that hit the state caused destruction in 467 of the State’s 497 cities and caused more than a hundred deaths.
4. For our Building Project. The need for a safer and proper space to continue growing. We are raising funds to purchase a building/area. As you know, our ministry includes reaching families dealing with special needs (mental and physical disabilities), and because of this, the main criteria for a location are safety and accessibility. We ask you to join us in prayer and consider being a part of this project if God directs you to do so.
Thank you for your faithfulness as we are serving the Lord of the harvest together,
Fabio, Debra, Thaila, Thalita, and Daniel
