Letter Update:
We are filled with gratitude and excitement as we share our latest updates. This winter, our team received a special contribution that covered the increased utility prices we were struggling to pay. Shortly after, an opportunity arose for us to move to a new facility within our building. This space, which costs less in rent and utilities, holds great potential for the future. Larger and better suited for our needs, it will allow us to expand our activities and outreach. We now face the exciting challenge of remodeling this facility to make it fully functional and welcoming.
During this time, Darcy and Joseph were also blessing with the opportunity to take several free classes offered by the Estonian government to immigrants. These classes have been invaluable in helping us understanding the local laws, culture, and settling more effectively into the country.
Joseph has had several opportunities to preach in a local church and teach during Teen Club. As we refresh our language skills, our team has been meeting regularly to practice teaching and preaching in Russian, ensuring we can effectively communicate the Gospel to Narva’s population. At the beginning of May, our entire team traveled to Tartu. We were deeply encouraged to see what God is doing in that city and attended a conference focused on helping Russian believers reach youth with the Gospel.
We are also thrilled to celebrate Joseph’s recent academic achievement. He graduated with a Master of Divinity (Mdiv) with an emphasis in Christian Counseling, a degree he diligently worked on fro four years!
We remain continually amazed by the opportunities God places before us and are deeply thankful for your continued prayers and support. Please join us in praying for the successful remodeling of our new facility, our ongoing summer outreach efforts, and the spiritual growth of our team and those we serve. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. Your support makes all the difference as we strive to bring the light of Christ to Russian speaker sin Estonia.
